Research Summary

Phase 2 RCT (N=293) showed up to 62% MASH improvement without worsening of fibrosis vs 14% placebo, and up to 36% fibrosis improvement (>=1 stage) vs 22% placebo at 48 weeks. A >=30% reduction in liver fat occurred in 57-67% of survodutide groups vs 14% placebo. Phase 3 development is ongoing.
