Research Summary
Cell and animal work suggests effects on extracellular-matrix production. Human topical evidence is smaller and mixed. In a 13-person randomized laser-resurfacing study, objective blinded evaluations found no significant wrinkle or overall skin-quality difference from the comparison regimen, despite higher patient-rated skin-quality improvement with GHK-Cu. Formulations and studied outcomes should not be generalized to injection.
