Research Summary
EVX-01 has been evaluated in a Phase 1/2a trial (NCT03715985) in advanced melanoma patients naive to checkpoint inhibitors. In combination with pembrolizumab, 67% overall response rate was observed (8/12 patients), with 25% complete responses and 100% T-cell immunogenicity. All evidence is from a single small open-label trial.
