Research Summary
EVX-01 has been evaluated in a Phase 1/2 trial (NCT03715985, NeoPepVac) in advanced solid tumors including melanoma, with anti-PD-1 therapy. In the 12 metastatic-melanoma patients, a 67% objective response rate was observed (8/12: 6 partial, 2 complete responses), with 100% T-cell immunogenicity. All evidence is from a single small open-label trial.
